We offer a highly personalised account management service, our team of helpful and friendly agents take customers through a shop at home service, taking time to discuss the right product and financial options for you in the comfort of your home. Your agent then returns each week to collect payments, helping you to get into a routine of small payments keeping you in control of your credit.
All of our credit is "unsecured", which means unlike other forms of credit, tenants aren’t excluded and homeowners aren’t putting their property at risk. All of our credit is "fixed rate" and "fixed term", this keeps things simple and means there are no hidden charges or fees to pay, all our fees are included up front. The amount you owe at the start of our credit agreement can never go up. If for some reason you cannot make a weekly payment it is important that you speak to your agent as soon as possible so we can make arrangements and come to a solution. We don’t charge late payment fees or any hidden charges.
The "Credit with Care" experience is available to all, even if you are a tenant, ex-council house owner or are self-employed. We are interested in your credit future not your credit past. So even if you have CCJ’s or a Bad Credit History, then we are interested in you, we realise that your circumstances may have changed. We want customers prepared to make a commitment to make regular payments and are able to afford a few pounds a week to get that three-piece suite, plasma screen or whatever you and your family desire.

We produce 2 Catalogues a year which contain a range of top brand household products including washing machines, furniture, Plasma and LCD TV’s and Beds.

We have House contents and vehicle insurance available on credit terms.
